Ladies Knee Injuries Workshops

Ulster Camogie and Ulster Ladies Gaelic Football are currently running a series of Ladies Knee Injuries Workshops. This topic has emerged to be a huge problem in ladies sport with women up to 7 times more likely to suffer from serious knee injuries than men. The workshops will look at and explain the severity of knee injuries such as ACL ruptures, explain why such injuries might occur, explain how to detect predisposition to these injuries, how to correct these predisposing factors, how to manage these factors long term and how to apply these corrective exercises into your sessions.
