2014 Legends Tournament

It’s that time of year again when the legends  ‘ Camogie’s original All Stars ‘ will be taking to the field training for the annual 7 a- side event.

This year the legends 7’s will take place on Saturday the 1 st of March. The tournament will coincide with the All Ireland Intermediate and Senior Club finals taking place on Sunday March 2 nd in CrokePark..

Legends Date:          Saturday 1 st  March

Legends Venue:       St Brigids GAA Club in Blanchardstown.

Time:                                     Registration at 10.30am with first match 11am

Rules are as follows:

  • Panels can have 12 players. Unlimited substitution.
  • 10 of the teams players must be  aged 35 and over; be retired 3 years from inter-county
  • Each panel can include 2 players only that are aged 33 years and over who are retired 3 years from inter-county activity.

A booking form accompanies this letter. Please fill out and return to no later than Monday the 10 th February 2014 .

Armagh-Legends

Team entry is €300. (€25 per person).

This covers:

  • Competition Entry
  • Tea/Coffee on arrival
  • Hot lunch at end of Tournament
  • Ticket to All Ireland Club Final, CrokePark
  • Legends 7’s t-shirt

More detailed guide in relation to rules and fixtures will be sent to each county once all booking forms and entries fees are submitted by 10 th February.
