Caman Get a Grip course in Cavan

A Camogie foundation coaching course ‘Caman Get A Grip’ has been organised for the South Ulster region on the 10th and 17 th February 2014.
It will be held in St Anne’s Community Centre, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Places are filling up fast so if you’re interested in attending and want more information contact Ger Gribben on .

Registration for the course is easy just fill in your details on the following form and you’ll then be registered on the course.

  • Correct Hurley Length and Grips
  • Skill Development
  • Basic Fundamental Movements
  • Planning a Session
  • Mini Games

and much more

The course which costs €30 per participant is run over 2 evenings and starts at 18.00 and finishes at 22.15 each evening. Places are limited so book early.
The course involves both theory and practical elements so participants should come with a pen, paper, hurl and prepared for some light activity (coaching).
