Feile na nGael 2015: Host Family Vetting through Ulster GAA

You have received this email as you have agreed to be a Host Club for Feile na nGael 2015. To qualify to host for Feile, all individuals over the age of 18 in the household must have been vetted through Ulster GAA.
The following decision below has been taken due to subsequent changes with the AccessNI vetting process coming into effect in April 2015 and it will also bring the Garda Vetting and AccessNI processes into line regarding the vetting of Host Families.
Those families who were vetted in 2014 for Feile Host Family DO NOT need to re-complete the vetting process if they are hosting again in 2015. HOWEVER, they must complete the attached Declaration of suitability form and return it to me at: 8-10 Market Street, Armagh, BT61 7BX before they are permitted to host.
Please note, individuals MUST complete a vetting application if they meet any of the criteria below; to host for Feile na nGael in 2015:
- NEW Club hosting in 2015
- NEW Host Family
- If an individual has turned 18 years old on or before 21 st June 2015
- Vetting process was not completed in 2014 for host family due to late submission
- Vetted prior to 2014 for hosting
If individuals fall under any of the above points, they MUST complete a vetting application for hosting in 2015.
Please note, for those who must complete a vetting application for host Family, completed paper forms must be received by Ulster GAA no later than FRIDAY 13TH MARCH 2015 to ensure we have adequate time to process same. If applications are not received by this date, they will be returned to the individual and they will be required to complete the application via AccessNI’s new system.
